Abstract
As part of Humber’s commitment to exceptional student experience and teaching and learning, all newly hired full-time faculty participate in the Teaching Excellence Program (TEP). This two-year, cohort-based program provides opportunities to connect with colleagues from across program areas, share diverse approaches to teaching and learning, and collaboratively explore effective ideas and practices.
